What a beautiful space. I really enjoyed the woman's circle. The love and caring of each woman was so strong and quite beautiful. Can't wait to get my vinyasa on and be a witness to some of the other classes.

Love the noon restorative class. Makes me feel good all day. Teaches me to be more mindful. So easy to follow Brenda's prompts.Online class works surprisingly well. I love her studio and can't wait to go back but also love how convenient the online class is. I recommend buying a bolster and 2 blocks for at home practice. Makes the class an all around complete experience.
