We love Dr. Chad and Dr. Mikala! All the staff are incredible with children: calming their fears, explaining everything so that they understand, and have positive attitudes! The no cavity wall and other incentives are great at helping kids strive for great oral hygiene!
It was our daughter’s first experience in a dentists office and she can be an anxious kiddo, but they made her feel so comfortable. It was quick and easy to get an appointment scheduled. Whether it was Andrea who was so personable and helpful with our pre-exam questions, Dr. Chad who has an amazing demeanor and is great with kids, to Taylor who was beyond helpful in scheduling our next appointment we were ecstatic with every staff we encountered in the office. My daughter was asking before we even left the building when she could go back to the dentist. If you are wondering where to take you kiddo, run don’t walk to Dakota Pediatric Dentistry!
Great experience for our first visit here! Everyone was very nice and patient with my 4 year old and becoming familiar with a new place. The entire process from check in to check out was so smooth! Dr. Chad Hoge was awesome!
