The most unprofessional dodge location I’ve encountered. Got hung up on by the service department and a service advisor that I’ve left three messages with won’t return phone calls. Sucks that I have to go to grand forks to get service done. I would imagine that corwin would do better but I guess not. Won’t be purchasing from any of the locations in the future. And definitely will forget recommending them to anyone

Had my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Recommend marking your tires if you’re paying for a tire rotation here. I was charged for the tire rotation, but know they did not rotate my tires because of my markings.Update: received a callback from the service manager. He apologized for the miss communication and offered a coupon for a tire rotation and oil change in the future.I’d still mark your tires before having it in for a rotation. That way you aren’t paying for something that was not performed.

If I could I would give my experience a -10. I'll start from the beginning. Brace yourself it's a bit lengthy. I first made a appointment online to look at a vehicle.
