I cannot recommend more about Computer Techs. Their customer service is the top notch! After I restarted my computer, the computer just died. I was panicking because it is tax season. The owner Josh came 15 minutes later after we called. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. His customer service did not end here. The next day he came and double check and verified the concerns he still had. Later, he gave me all the solutions if things goes wrong again, which is a huge relief. I would highly recommend Josh's service. He is trustworthy and thoughtful, and providing great customer service and comfort to someone who lacks the knowledge of tech.

Computer Techs diagnosed, ordered and replaced a laptop battery so we didn't have to purchase a brand new computer. Very reasonably priced and followed up to let me know when the product arrived.

These guys are the real deal. Let me tell you I was blown away first time customer. Didn’t know what to expect. I was a little scared, walking in didn’t know what to think of the building at first, I kept looking back at my Lyft driver. He kept ushering me to go in. but they took the time to take a look at the laptop, even though They did everything they could for it. sometimes we run into situations where we don’t know why things happen the way they happen. But in the end, they took the time out of their day to work on mine and I appreciate The best intentions in their integrity to work . I hope to get a new laptop soon.
