With both in-person and telehealth appointments available, the clinic aims to advance health equity for women and LGBTQ+ individuals. Patients praise the clinic's warm and helpful staff, including doctors and nurses, who provide exceptional care and service with a smile.
I saw Heidi at her last clinic and would follow her anywhere. She allows time in her appointments. It's not a mad dash to get you in and out. She listens, truly listens, and I've always felt heard and confident that her recommendations come from a place of understanding. She's thoughtful and willing to tell you when she needs to research something. Then she does the research and gets back to you with what she's found. She's a great communicator. I've never felt that she's just left me hanging waiting anxiously for information. She truly cares about all her patients. Bottom line, Heidi is the practioner we all deserve and we've always deserved.
Heidi is an incredible healthcare provider! Compassionate, intelligent, and accommodating. Her clinic space is beautiful and cozy and conveniently located. Definitely recommend to any woman or transindividual making an appointment at Canopy!
