They keep customers informed about the status of their items and even deliver them to a specified location. The staff is friendly and dedicated to providing excellent service, as demonstrated by their ability to complete cleaning tasks ahead of schedule. Katelin was amazinggggg!! I came in confused cause it was my first time getting anything dry cleaned, she was extremely helpful and patient.
I have not had 100% positive experience with Camelot, but yesterday I had a great experience: My pillow sham got lost, and the manager offered to put 100% credit on my account. I told her how much I had paid for the pillow. No questions asked. She wanted to make me happy, and was truly apologetic.
I got my wedding dress steamed/pressed and then preserved after the wedding. Prices were most affordable I could find in FM area and they had it done in a timely fashion. I felt like they did a good job and it was ready for pick up sooner than expected. Thank you!
