I was referred to Jared for a 2nd opinion roof inspection and reached out to him another time to inspect my roof after a hail storm. Both times, he has been responsive and gone the extra mile. He mentioned some minor caulking was missing & came back the following day with the matching color caulk. I even did the “Since you’re up there” request and he kindly & quickly agreed and reconnected something that was unrelated to the reason why I initially contacted him. Customer service is important to me and Jared is easily 5 stars. I have & will continue to pass along his contact information to anyone with roofing needs.
