I have used Bears Home Solutions for plumbing needs in the past and was very impressed. So, I called them this morning when my AC wasn’t kicking in. I was bracing myself for an expensive service call since it’s Labor Day weekend and dreading the possibility of needing to pay for a new AC. Karla, who answered the call was amazing!!!! She calmly walked me through some troubleshooting and it is now back up and running. WOW!!! Thank you so much Karla! Of course, I don’t want to have to NEED the services, but if I do, Bears will be my first call! Thank you!

Called when my usual company and they couldn’t get me in. They had all my info (I did a quote before) and they were super friendly and compassionate. Came out after hours on a Friday night. Loved the tech, he loved my dogs, always a plus. Can’t ask for a better company to support.

Josh with Bear’s Home Solutions was able to come out shortly after I called for service to get my AC unit functioning again as the blower had gone out. He was friendly, professional, and courteous! I will definitely be using this company again for future HVAC and plumbing needs!
