Jake Lynch from Bears came to my house and fixed my furnace today. He was very pleasant explained all that was going on with my furnace. I was very pleased with the service I received.
Bears is always so quick and helpful. They are also so professional and understanding. Josh came out today to help with my furance and got it working so quick. He answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend not only bears but him personally. Thank you!
Called Bears just after 8 a.m. & service tech Scott Stinar was here just after 9:30 a.m. Issue w/ furnace noise and disassembled burner and cleaned etc. Very satisfied with service & confident issue was resolved. Thankyou Scott & Bears staff.
