I have used Bears Home Solutions for plumbing needs in the past and was very impressed. So, I called them this morning when my AC wasn’t kicking in. I was bracing myself for an expensive service call since it’s Labor Day weekend and dreading the possibility of needing to pay for a new AC. Karla, who answered the call was amazing!!!! She calmly walked me through some troubleshooting and it is now back up and running. WOW!!! Thank you so much Karla! Called when my usual company and they couldn’t get me in. They had all my info (I did a quote before) and they were super friendly and compassionate. Came out after hours on a Friday night. Loved the tech, he loved my dogs, always a plus. Can’t ask for a better company to support.
