I called looking to relocate a thermostat in our commercial office. I would cook while my co-workers would freeze.
Rather than giving me what I asked for, the Accel tech (Mr. Anden Lehse) came to the office and did some investigation.
He came to conclude the issue wasn't the location of the thermostat. Rather than giving me what I asked for and billing me for it, he suggested a different route (adding a zone).
