I’ve dealt with different property managements around US, this was so far the best experience I’ve had. Very easy to work with and everything is clear on the lease; no hidden fees whatsoever. They pressure washed outside of the building and maintain the amenities pretty good.
Anytime i need something fixed or something breaks, maintenance is always on time and very polite! They fix it in a very timely manner and keep you updated on everything. Love this management and service!
This is my second time renting from 360 Properties! The management is friendly and efficient. I really appreciate the time they took to make sure that the apartment was clean and ready for move in! Communication has been exceptional. I highly recommend renting from 360 Properties!
