The Estimater came and was real open and honest and such a nice guy to talk to that he really calmed all our "First Timer" questions, he went above and beyond, even working with our insurance BEFORE we told them we were going with thier business. Than got the absolute pleasure of getting to speak with Charity, the receptionist/secretary extordiar, who answered all my questions in the most friendly manner.
