After experiencing back pain due to MVA I started seeing Josh weekly. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and does a thorough assessment prior to any work. He not only takes the time to explain what he is doing but WHY as well as listens to your concerns. He knows more pressure isn’t always better. I’ve had pain relief for the first time in weeks thanks to his work. I cannot recommend him enough! I felt comfortable right away which is always a must !
MYO Therapy & Movement is by far the best form of massage if you have stiff/achy or sore muscles and want to understand your body better. I have tried physical therapy, chiropractors, and had X-rays of my lower back. However, it took two 2-hour sessions with Jennifer before she discovered the problem. The facility offers many health services, and the staff is always professional.
Can't say enough good things about Josh. I tell him he has Magic Hands due to his massage techniques and knowledge of how the body is put together. He has helped me gain mobility and diminished my bodies pain. Something multiple Chiropractors and even a Bone and Joint specialist couldn't do. 20 our of 10 will always recommend!
