Hands down AMAZING! I am an assistant manager for a hotel in Dickinson and we had some issues with our equipment for our dehumidifier for our pool system and with it being Labor Day weekend I didn't think I was able to get anyone to help. I left him a voicemail and he called me back and was at our hotel property within an hour to help us. He found the issue and corrected it very promptly!! He was kind and courteous during the entire time. Our property has used other companies to assist with services calls but I have recommended using this company for future needs based on this one and short interaction with this gentleman!! Larry, Tim, and Austin are the BEST! I needed a breaker panel replaced, it and the breakers were in very poor condition. Larry called me, set up time for estimate, and then put a written estimate together in a short period of time. No one else cared to call me back, even though panel was unsafe. Tim stood for over 9 hrs taking out old panel, replace with new panel, new breakers, and what seemed like threading a thousand wires through the new panel. Austin assisted him the entire time. The dedication and work ethic is stunning!!! I will never go anywhere else!! Customer for life!! Thanks Gramps Electric for making my home safe!!!!!
