If someone parks in front of your building because their car is overheating and just needs a minute. You don’t need to stare at them from the door. And then proceeds to come to their car with an attitude. Telling them to move it somewhere else.

The gentleman that works there was very rude and disrespectful, I parked in front Their building to go to verizon 2 doors down. (The parking lot was full) he came outside as I was walking over and told me "I was going to park somewhere else because I'm not one of his customers" it's a public parking lot I can park in any open spot there is no sign saying I couldn't park there.
