I wanted a belt for a classic Seiko watch that my dad gave me a as a present. Went to riddles at first and they didn't even want to take a look at it. Mike at Britton jewellers took a look at the belt and the watch and fixed it on the spot!!!! And he didn't even charge a dime from me. These are good people guys. We need to give more business for places like this.

They worked with me extensively on a custom locket for my wife. A lot of information and details passed between me and the owner, which concerned me that something might be missing or off when it was finished - but I was pleseantly suprised and much impressed at the incredible craftmanship and attention to my detailed instructions. My wife has never before cried from a gift, so I have to pay homage to the amazing proffesionals here. They worked out a payment plan with me, never got frustrated with me, and it felt like they were just as excited as I was to see the finished product. Their expertise and congeniality has made me a lifelong loyal customer.
