Cordell and Joe went above and beyond the call of duty. Our motorhome broke down in Medora SD. They sent Joe (mobile mechanic) to try to fix it. When he couldn’t, Cordell came and towed it to the nearest Freightliner about 150 miles away.
To say that Cordell with Alternative Wrecker Service is a lifesaver would be an understatement. We're convinced that if it wouldn't have been for Cordell's knowledge and going above and beyond what he needed to do, we wouldn't have made it alive on our cross-country move from ND to Louisiana. The owner of the company and his wife personally picked me up and brought me to the hotel after towing my semi to their shop. They were both the most friendly and helpful people making sure I got all the help I needed. Then fixed my truck and picked me up from the hote again in the morning. I couldn’t have asked for better service and help. 5 stars!
