Cooperstown Veterinary Clinic is known for its excellent care and responsiveness. They accommodate last-minute visits, providing thorough treatment for pets in need. The veterinarians are dedicated and go above and beyond, even meeting clients after hours to assist with medication. Pet owners feel a strong sense of trust and family with the staff, who genuinely love and care for animals as much as their owners do.
We would give 11 stars if we could! We bypass other clinics and travel over an hour give them our business. This a quintessential small town Veterinary office where the vet meets you in reception and takes you and your pups into the exam room. They take all the time needed to comprehensively care for your animals. They are the model of how veterinary medicine everywhere should work! The entire staff is awesome, from Susan at the front desk, who is always welcoming and efficient, to Susan the vet tech, who is very caring, knowledgeable and is always trying to make friends with our protective Border Collie. Our dog needed to be seen at 8pm and Dr.Motter was so willing to come into the clinic and see our dog for an open wound in his mouth! So thankful for Dr.Motter and got our dog on the road to recovery!
I just wanted to buy some over the counter products for my pet. Talked about what was going on, next I am bringing my pet in, at closing time, and the Veterinarian showed up, and helped out. There was no Appt. Got my pet hooked up on medicine.Thank you very much.
