The following is a post that I shared on my personal Facebook page yesterday but want it seen as a review for West River Health Services. So today is a special day... one year ago today, December 16th 2020, we almost lost our Mom, Rosalie Chasteen (hopefully she is ok with me putting this on here). She was to have a procedure done that day @ West River Health Services and she coded in the OR. Praise God for giving the doctors, nurses anesthesiologist and any others that helped that day the ability to do what they had to do to keep her with us. We could never, ever thank them all enough for everything they did on that day and all the days since. We have had some rocky times where we felt as though we were soon going to be saying goodbye but God has shown up and let His mighty hand be seen. Please know that I am in no way taking any credit away from the medical professionals that have taken care of her but as a Christian I believe that I need to give glory to God first. I am also very thankful for the fellow employees who sat with me, hugged me (even though we were in a pandemic), prayed with and for us, the co-workers that stepped up and worked for me many times & bosses that have been willing to work with me even still today. Also, beyond that day, the nurses, aids, lab, radiology, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, dietary, housekeeping & clinic staff as well as visiting nurses. Also, not to take anything away from West River Health Services, but also many thanks to Encompass Therapy. Having the ability to get her therapy without having to take her somewhere else was great! I'm sure I'm forgetting to mention someone but I will edit later if I think of something. I haven't named names in any of this because there are far too many and I don't want to miss anyone. Hopefully this will reach all those that have played a part of this. For all of you, Thank you from all my family! We are so very grateful for this facility!

I received expert care while dealing with the emergency department while I was having a heart attack. They diagnosed the issue and got me flown to the appropriate facility to take care of the issue. Thank you ER staff. I work with some really great staff.
