I never leave reviews but I just had to, because this was such a great experience. We are in the Bottineau / Metigoshe area for a few weeks, visiting from out of state and needed to get something checked for my son. It always seems like going to a new clinic (or even our regular clinic) is a hassle and this was so easy and fast. Our nurse, Erin, and Dr Koivula were sooooooooo nice and so easy to work with. We were in and out in no time, without feeling like they were rushing to make it happen. 10 stars. Thank you!
Both times I popped in for a walk in visit I was taken right in to a room. NP Brenda listened to my concern that I had a sinus infection after not recovering from Covid but testing negetive. Was put on antibiotics and felt better almost right away. Although it came back and sent for a second trip and second round of antibiotics I did recover. Unfortunately I do have long Covid.
I went in to have a sliver removed that is very deep in my finger. They tried 2 times but I need to see a dermatologist for a surgical procedure. But I really Appreciate the Doctor and the nurse practitioner that helped me with this situation. Very nice people. Even the nurses that checked me in very pleasant and caring people. My Realtor Amy worked there it was nice to see her.
