Larry was great to work with. I was out of town when the project started and he communicated when his team would be there and when it was to be finished and they did everything they said. It was a fair price and it looks amazing. He ended up doing 2 other people in the neighborhoods driveways as well

This review is a little delayed because I wanted to give the work some time on the house to see how it fared.

I had the team at Kilde replace my roof, my siding, and my gutters and downspouts in the fall of 2024. They were quick to come out and give an estimate and always responded to my questions within a business day or so, which I find rather impressive for how busy they are.

They found some water damage around my garage doors after stripping the siding and promptly notified me and added a little bit of work to their plate to fix it and make it right.

Exceptional Roofing Experience with Kilde Construction

We recently had our roof replaced by Kilde Construction, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our roof is a bit unique and complicated, but their team tackled it with skill, care, and efficiency.

From the start with the estimate, Logan was professional, informative, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain the scope of work and answered all our questions thoroughly. Kasandra, the office manager, kept us informed of any potential schedule changes due to weather, which we greatly appreciated. It made planning on our end much easier and showed great communication on their part.
