i went into ultra today looking for a product for my skin & i really had no idea what i was exactly looking for. i was approached by an employee who could tell i was unsure so she helped me find Jessica, the GM i believe. she is VERY knowledgeable about skin care & taught me SO MUCH in such a little time. she wanted to help me, she didn’t make me feel like it was just a sell, she was just so genuine & her kindness made my day brighter. i sincerely appreciated all the help♥
Stephanie was the BIGGEST HELPER when I was trying to find a glitter for state fair. She was not letting me leave without some sorta glitter eyeshadow and she helped me out so much and didn’t make me feel like a burden. 10/10 service thank you!
