It was my first time coming here and Zach helped me at the window. He was very knowledgeable about the packages and answered my question about the bugs on my car. I was able to wash again for free because not all the bugs came off! What a sweetie.
The vacuums work really well! Isaiah helped me out in the parking lot when I thought the vacuums were $5 but that was the detail kits 😂. I had some issues before but it seems the place has turned around. If I have questions they are more than willing to help me!
i recently went through the wash at TOMMYS and was satisfied not only with the wash but also the staff! kade was a special help and even brought to my attention that the vacuums were completely complimentary… which is AWESOME! super satisfied with how quick and easy it was to get my car nice and clean. a big thank you to kade for being so polite and helpful. 10/10 would come back!!!!
