This was my first visit to any SportClips. Shalene and the rest of the staff were great! Not a long wait. Shalene listened to what I wanted and I thought she did a fantastic job! It's hard to find a good haircut, no matter where you may live. Very friendly and quick quality service. Planning to return.

Stephanie always does a fantastic job on my hair. All the employees at the north Bismarck location make you fell comfortable and welcome. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Honestly, used the free vip coupon made me decide to try them out. I didn't sign in via mobile or online, first mistake. I waited for almost an hour while people came in and go helped ahead of me because they used the app.I think that as soon as she heard I was using the coupon she didn't seem to want to make much of an effort, I presume now that it's because too many people don't tip. I tried to make conversation and didn't get anything back. After the haircut, I tipped for the value of the vip treatment and suddenly she was much more friendly. Maybe it was a long day.
