The delivery and installation team was top-notch—very careful, professional, and thorough. They made sure everything was set up properly and took the time to walk me through how to use and maintain the spa.

Very pleased with the professionalism and service that we received when purchasing our hot tub. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and the delivery and follow up went smoothly. Have been enjoying our set-up for over two years now and it still feels brand new.
