Ordered a sympathy arrangement for same day pick up. The employee I spoke with was nice and helpful. The arrangement was ready by my requested time and was beautifully done. I am very happy with Rustic Petals and highly recommend them.
I am from out of state. I needed an arrangement sent to a celebration of life the next day. Such a sweet lady helped me over the phone, It wasn't a problem to her at all that I was giving her short notice. Thank you, Rustic Petals for helping me out!!
I cannot recommend Jacey and Rustic Petals enough! As a very type-A bride, I was planning on ordering and arranging my own flowers because I was nervous about trusting someone else with my vision, but after sending Jacey some inspiration photos for the florals and the day in general, she absolutely blew me away! I felt that the pricing was very reasonable for wedding florals (compared to what I had been hearing from others and seeing online) and she definitely did a much better job than I would have by myself. No issues with communication or delivery, and I got tons of compliments on the bouquets. Absolutely consider Rustic Petals if you're planning a wedding!
