When Russell started doing my taxes (about 8 years worth) we started having to pay in a couple of thousand a year when we always got a refund before we went to Russell. Went to someone else and got a refund in 2022, PLUS, they looked back 3 years and got us over a thousand dollar refund for the last three years Russell did them.
