“We were experiencing a roof leak. Made a call to Arrow and in a timely manner Ryan and his crew came to the house for an inspection. Ryan found the shingles were lifting. Ryan educated us why the singles were lifting and what it would take to roof the house correctly. He also educated us the house was improperly vented. The crew that came to do the work did so in a timely and professional manner. They took off the old shingles, re decked the roof installed the new shingles and installed the new vents in one day. It was about a 1500 square foot roof.“

“I have been impressed with the work ethic Rodney has installing the 2 patio doors I ordered. At my house there never was trim at the base of the interior and Rodney installed a nice trim to cover the edges of the wood flooring. At the other house we had the patio door installed there was a piece of wood trim that was painted when there was a deck there. The paint was peeling and when the new door was installed Rodney did a very nice job covering the wood trim I thought I was going to have to sand and paint with metal casing so I didn’t have to paint that piece of wood. Such a relief on my part. We are still waiting for the interior trim to be installed but I have no doubt it will be done professionally when they are ready. Thank you!“
