Dr Shelly Botsford and staff are beyond Proficient, Timely and Client orientated. You are made to feel welcome upon opening the door. Your greeted with a genuine smile and timely appointments. The procedures are conducted at a high level of professionalism that exudes confidence and comfort knowing it will be done at a high level of expertise. I’ve had excellent results and look forward to my appointments due to the atmosphere. I have some sensitive procedures in some not so common areas and I’m made to feel totally at ease. I highly recommend this business for any and all your Aesthetic and Laser needs!

This is important for the trust factor needed to proceed with delicate procedures for maximum results. Very impressive staff. Dr. Botsford and Shelly are experts at what they do and make sure they stay up to speed with the latest procedures. They do not recommend procedures that are not geared to your age or personality.
