“I had a ground wasp nest in my back yard. Got stung up a couple times mowing. I called on a Sunday, I believe it was a national number. This polite woman on the phone took my information and asked how I was doing after being stung and asked if I was allergic and whatnot. Which was nice--really nice. The next day, Monday, they called me in the morning. We set up a time. And by 11 a.m. Monday, that problem was solved. Talking with them, I found out that they are a family owned franchise. So, you don't get a minimum wage corpo with an attitude. You get a family trying to do great work for their business. And it shows. I'm okay with that. I was at work at the time, but my wife was home. She reported that the man they sent out was very professional, polite, and used his manners, which she really liked. She told me that the man came, introduced himself, found the nest, treated the nest, and was saying politely goodbye within 30 minutes. So, professional and on-the-ball. The price was not bad, either. I was honestly expecting about $100+ more than what I paid.
So, in short, I got nothing but wins hiring this company. I'll be hiring them for any future needs, too.”
