My mom had a list of smaller projects; he did an estimate/made suggestions and when he was done he gave a time line for when he would come back to do the work. He stayed true to the price and time frame and he did a great job on everything - no project was too small! Friendly, treats your property well, and cleaned up great taking garbage with him.
