Absolutely love the massage experience at Gratitude! It is so nice to have a spa with a private steam shower before the massage. Lexi is fabulous! The massage was equally relaxing and effective to work out tension. Everything is clean and calm. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to unwind.
Shannon did my a full set of lashes today and couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome. If you are looking for a lash tech who won’t disappoint Shannon in your girl!!
I had my hair done by Ava Herman at Gratitude Salon yesterday and she did an outstanding job. Do yourself the kindness of scheduling with her. 😊 I was given a giftcard to Gratitude some time ago but I've put off making an appointment because it's awkward to schedule with a stylist I haven't met before. (shout out to my anxiety 🫶) However, I will definitely be going back because my experience was great. The salon allowed me to start my appointment an hour early to accommodate a change in my schedule. When I arrived, I was greeted by multiple smiling faces and the lobby was well decorated, very clean and inviting. Ava was knowledgeable and possessed a sense of natural confidence in her abilities. I gave her the bullet points of what I wanted and she knew exactly how to acheive it. 🤙My service took 4.5 hours but I felt as though her chair was mine for as long as I wanted it. She didn't rush, offered to do an extra service that I had questions about right then and there, and massaged the toner into my hair for honestly, I don't know how long. It was so relaxing that I dozed off with my head in the sink. She was just as excited as I was to see the final result of my hair and that tells me she genuinely enjoys her career. (Honestly, it shows because my hair looks GOOD. 💁♀️) Oh also, I thought they made a mistake when they gave me the total cost. Very reasonable price. 💃 (...and in this ecomony?!) 10/10 would recommend, thanks ladies!
