i was super impressed with the phone call and service i got here. i was lucky enough to get in same day (thank you cancellation!) and able to fill out paperwork online prior to arrival--there's a lot. karsey (sp?) is a fabulous hygienist and had time to review my paperwork prior as well. also had time to chat about my whole mouth. lovely appointment, 1.5 hours standard and required, tbh. met the doc; chill dude. i'm also not afraid of dentistry, so take this with whatever salt you need.
This team is Amazing!...from the young lady behind the counter, to my hygienist Karsi to Dr. Ritter!! Everyone was gentle, kind, helpful & informative...I was treated like the only patient they were concerned about. I would HIGHLY recommend Bismarck Smiles for those looking for a positive dental experience!!
Dr Aaron Johnson is extremely professional and gentle. I highly recommend his services. I am currently having him recrown 5 teeth for me and also one root canal and one post.
Everyone there is polite and will make you feel relaxed while you are going through all the procedures.
