Do not go here! They do not listen to your actual symptoms. They try to push what they believe is wrong on you. In my case I was miserable. Coughing, headache, chills, pain in right ear. Yet they asked me 3 separate times if my eyes itched or i if i had post nasal drip( no to both all 3 times).In they end they insisted i wasnt sick and to take benedryl for my allergies. What a joke!!

Extremely clean. Virtually no wait. As soon as you walk through the door you're heading to a room to get looked at. The staff are attentive and didn't make me feel rushed. On the unfortunate chance you need to see someone you won't be disappointed with this specific St. Alexius location.

I refuse to be seen by Laura H, DNP ever again. I saw her in Jan 2019 2 weeks after having a baby for shortness of breath. First, we showed up at 7:30pm and were put into a room quickly. We had a nurse check us in which was good. We ended up waiting for over an hour without being seen as she was busy with a patient who presented “sicker” than I did. When she finally met with us, she asked me a few questions to rule out a PE such as “do I feel a sense of impending doom” when I said no, she said that’s a good sign as individuals who have a PE usually feel as if they are going to die.
