I went to carpet world last June 2024. From the time I walked in John was very helpful. I told him I was color blind and would he help me pick out carpet and flooring for my home. He then came out measured everything gave me a price. The carpet and flooring are beautiful from all the compliments I get. His installer Troy was the best. He came on time and was very trustworthy. I would only buy from carpet world. John even bought me a gift of cleaning solution to keep my floors in top condition. Thank you John and Troy you are the best.

Best flooring place in Bismarck. Great customer service. Kevin and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. They helped me plan my project and answered all my questions. Gave me advice etc. I will be back for the next project.
