Walked in. Never greeted us until we were all the way to the back. Another guy would rather vacuum than help us. Finally Joe tried to help us. Tried. He didn’t know what grey was kept showing us brown. Had to the find the flooring ourselves. Didn’t know the warranty. Kept reading the signs. I can do that. He told me to take a picture of the flooring to look up the warranty myself. Went up to the computer for like 10 mins. Said would give us a quote. Didn’t call until around two when I told him I had flooring on hold at a competitor. Lastly, you should treat customers like they are an asset to your company.
