Four years ago, I stumbled upon BLINK by accident. Got a pair of glasses and went on my way. Over the years, went back for multiple adjustments and had great service. Upon needing new glasses, I tried another popular boutique in town after being told from multiple locations I needed to get kids’ lenses for my high RX. Left that particular place feeling beaten and down. Walking back in to BLINK, I was greeted immediately with a big smile and a handshake by John. He walked me through every possibility— and he had no fear shaking his head at the frames that I knew didn’t fit my face (but was scared to tell my Entourage I didn’t like). He didn’t just sit there and smile, he gave me honest feedback and even made major suggestions of popping the reflective lens out so I could see better, handed me a cloth to cover my shirt so the color of my clothing didn’t sway my opinion, and even offered to loan the glasses to me to roam around the town and see them in different environments. I can’t recommend BLINK enough!!! After feeling so persuaded and guilty at other reputable places around town, John has made BLINK my absolute go to. I could go on for ages about the phenomenal service that goes completely unmatched— kind, warm, welcoming, honest. More businesses need Johns. I’m almost excited to need my next pair of glasses just to go back to this warm hug of a place!!

Had a little incident with my sunglasses I purchased just under a year ago. Without any questions, owner Kelly made a quick call, processed the warranty and a new pair will arrive next week. I didn’t even think I had a warranty. She made it so easy and quick! Kelly also doctored up my current pair so I can wear them until the new ones come in. Shop local, it may cost a little more up front but no hassle replacements pays in dividends!!
