The environment is welcoming and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My VERY active 2 yr old Brittany loves the staff. Dr Anderson is very easy to talk with and uses common language instead of trying to impress you with technical terms. I used to train & work dogs for a living and would highly recommend this clinic.
Bismarck Animal Clinic & Hospital is by far the best vet clinic in Bismarck-Mandan. They are the kindest, most loving team I have ever met. Routine checkups or emergency visits they are there for you 24/7. I especially want to thank Dr. Anderson for my middle of the night emergency call and a huge thank you to Cassi (who was the sweetest woman and so good with my Paisley) & Dr. Kubik. They are worth every dollar. They truly love and care about your fur babies.
Dr. Parsons and her staff have been nothing short of amazing. I was there due to an emergency and she took on my dog through her months of follow up and recovery. they are hands down the best place I've been!
