The pedicure itself was nice however we requested and pointed to the $40 basic pedicure and they still charged us the $55 one. When I asked about it they simply said, “Oh she did the deluxe pedicure.” They did this to me and my sister. My sister ended up going back to get her finger nails re-done because she told the guy it was a different color than her toes but the guy said it was the same. It clearly was not.Services: Manicure

I do a pedicure every 4-6 weeks at Bellisima and always schedule ahead for a friend and myself. Last week we did not get the technicians that we asked for. I got a young man and even though he was nice, he showed no attention to detail not even pushing back or removing cuticles! He was in a rush with each step. My nails feel sharp and look poor already. I was not pleased at the time and I thought I would let it slide but as prices rise, I feel like attention to detail has gone down. I get it that some people are new, but obviously need further training!Service: Pedicure
