Been going here for 3 years and it has been a poor experience the entire time. Lack of experienced staff has resulted some poor experiences. Today my wife went in for an appointment at 1:30 that has been scheduled for over a year, that she received 2 confirmation texts about, and she shows up and they tell her they have her down for 2:30 and ask if she wants to reschedule.Edit: Updated to 3 stars as the regional manager reached out to me and promised better experience in the future. Great customer retention. I will continue to update my review as my experience changes.

Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. Today was a great experience with Alexa she was absolutely amazing.Everyone I talked with explained things to me in a way I could understand, and treated me with compassion and dignity.We came up with a dental plan that makes sense. They treated me like a human being.Thank you to the team at Aspen Dental for taking such good care of me today.

I've used Aspen Dental (both Bismarck and Minot) for a few years now and have always been happy with my cleanings and treatment by the staff. Today my disabled son had his first appointment but wouldn't cooperate after the visual inspection of his teeth. While Aspen wasn't able to do the cleaning, they did refer me to a pediatric dentist who could and refunded me the ENTIRE amount of my visit even though they had done the visual examination. While my son may not be going to Aspen for his appointments, I intend on continuing to use Aspen for my dental care and would recommend them.
