“We started going to L&CAH a few years ago when we weren't seeing results from our previous clinic for a condition our golden retriever was suffering with. I was frustrated with the turn times of appointments at the previous clinic (2 to 3 weeks out for immediate needs) and contacted L&CAH to see if they could assist with what we were dealing. They got us in the next day and had the medical records easily transferred and reviewed by the appointment. The doctor listened to our concerns, did the proper testing and went above and beyond an average review during the appointment. I am happy to say we have been able to manage and treat my golden retriever's condition and I feel it is because of this clinic.

We have continued care for both our golden retrievers at L&CAH and have love the ease of scheduling appointments through the app and messaging the clinic when we have questions. The points rewards system is great too to help save on cost.

Fast forward to a week ago- One of our golden retrievers was stung by a bee and had severe swelling in the face and hives all over her body. It was Memorial Day and we called the emergency number on the voicemail. The doctor answered immediately and reviewed over the phone what was happening. With no hesitation the doctor met us at the clinic right away to give her the proper shots to help stop the reaction and reduce the swelling. The doctor and vet tech were so helpful and kind and we really appreciated their assistance after hours on a holiday.
