Our refrigerator stopped cooling. We called for a service guy to come out and evaluate the problem. Dave was our service guy. He was thorough and efficient and gave us the bad news that it was the compressor and gave us an estimate of the cost and time involved to repair. We decided to purchase a new refrigerator instead. Dave was very honest and polite. I will continue to purchase appliances through Advantage because they do treat their customers well and service what they sell. Josh and Bailey were extremely helpful in our decision making. In fact we also purchased a garage ready refrigerator to have as a backup in case of future emergencies.

Excellent! Great products and superb service. Fridge died (not from them) and they helped us get a new one setup really fast. Then our dryer pooped out... and they helped us figure out a dryer that would be compatible with the existing washer and installed quickly. Will be using them again!
