Jon used Structural Integration techniques on me - and he has a very knowing, intuitive, safe touch. His approach to Psoas was so grounding and comfortable, especially for a muscle and area that is usually tender or stressful to address. He calmly walks me through every step before each move was made, and he can always explain why and how the work he is doing is unfolding under his fingers. He asks for feedback on how it feels during and after, asks for my insight about sensations I experience, and is just 1000% present in the moment.10/10 highly recommend!
