I have been going to Dr. Doug Ness at Active Life Chiropractic for several years now. He is such a caring and concerned person. At certain times in my life I have needed more care than other times. Dr. Doug has always gotten me back to where I need to be in my Chiropractic life. I have learned that for me personally, I need to be on the maintenance plan. In other words not getting back to where you need to be and stop going completely, but continue to go in order to maintain the adjustments you have already received.
