AMAAAZING JOB on my car!! Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't the greatest. They made me feel dumb and embarrassed. I'm not good with interactions, but I was very respectful and kind! They were very hostile towards me. I've never left a review..I'm not trying to put a bad rep on them they are AMAZING, honest mechanics, but I think they should learn how to be less hostile. 🙂 they didn't really like me, but that's okay! Again, AMAZING at their jobs! Fixed my car ASAP ! I don't know how mechanic customer service goes as this was my first time going to a shop for a big fix. I dropped off my 2007 Crown Victoria for some suspension work and I’m nothing less than impressed with the work and communication between the shop and myself. They were quick to communicate when my vehicle was being worked on along with very reasonable pricing estimates on other issues that they found. I’m hesitant about most shops working on my vehicles but Cory and his team did a great job and I look forward to working with them in the future.
