I recently contacted The Dependable Handyman to fix a couple of slightly loose steps on my front porch and install a new ceiling fan on the backyard deck.
Everything from the initial contact to the work done was quick, accurate, professional, and done with excellent communication. One of the easiest work relationships with a service contractor that I have ever had.
Austin quickly contacted me to go over the requested work, and then quickly gave a (fair price) estimate. An appointment for the work and a date and time range was set. In addition to text messages directly from Austin, Dependable Handyman appears to use an automated system that sends text confirmations.

I’m highly impressed with Austin and his team. We needed a lot of insulation put in and a ceiling fan changed out. Both jobs were done with clear communication, professionalism, and timeliness. We’re already looking around the house to see what else Austin, Lloyd, and the rest of the team members can do! Highly recommended!!
