The company provides free estimates and services the greater Raleigh area, including Wake Forest, Rolesville, Zebulon, Wendell, Youngsville, Cary, and surrounding areas.
Steven did great work for us! He opened up a wall and created a doorway. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, courteous, and will definitely be using him again for future work. Highly recommend!
My husband and I were searching for someone to flip our bathroom door as the builder put it in wrong and didn’t want to correct it. We came across The Dependable Handyman, first off let me comment on how responsive this team was. The process on booking an appointment was easy. I received an estimate within a few hours and the appt the next day. Steven was dispatched and communicated ETA - communication is key in my book! However it didn’t stop there customer service was Steven’s priority. While I went through everything Steven listened and made suggestions and recommendations on getting it right. He worked hard to fix a door frame that wasn’t even right to begin with. Both my husband and I are very satisfied with the work done and now that the bathroom door goes outward vs. inward the bathroom feels so much bigger. Huge thank you again for all your work!!
