My insurance request Stevens towing after my SUV was damaged in an attempted theft. Tony came out and was super friendly and assured me that my vehicle was in good hands. Unfortunately when Tony arrived at the 42 collision center they refused my vehicle because they didn’t do that type of repairs. Kayleigh from dispatch called and we both reached out to Deacon Jones in Smithfield where we spoke with the service manager and confirmed that would accept the vehicle then refused it and said they do not work on Kia. We were traveling to florida from VA, Jeep had an oil leak we were picked up taken to a Jeep Mechanic by Joe who was absolutely amazing!!!! Super friendly, put us at ease and made it obvious to the mechanics we were in a hurry to get going he went above an beyond expectations! Thankyou so much Joe you made us feel like old friends and we are forever grateful.
