Three companies came to my house to check on my septic system.
The first one: “Sorry ma’am. Your pump is dead. Your control panel is so old that they don’t make parts anymore. It’ll all need to be replaced. All in? $2500.
The second one: “The pump is definitely dead. We can’t get power to the control panel and even if we could, it’s so corroded that it’ll have to be replaced regardless. It’ll be about $1800.
DBS: “Out of the way peasants. Let me cook.” (but like… more professional)

Awesome customer service. I had issues with the mortgage company to close with nonmajor issues with my septic tank. They were with me the whole way through. My only regret was I didn't find them earlier to perform my initial septic tank inspection! Highly recommend, good and fair pricing!
